Your mission

As a Partner Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining our partner network, significantly contributing to the success of our partnerships. With your focus on strategic alliances and the development of the software ecosystem, you will drive innovation and growth. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with software vendors, technology partners, and service providers to maximize business value and increase our market share.   • Expansion, management, and further development of existing partnerships within the software ecosystem
  • Increasing revenue through successful partnerships and strategic alliances
  • Expanding the partner network and fostering innovation within the software ecosystem
  • Leading projects to integrate new partners and negotiating partnership contracts and agreements
  • Raising GBTEC's visibility through strategic partnerships
  • Developing and implementing strategies to expand the software ecosystem
  • Identifying new business opportunities and market trends

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in Sales Management, Economics / Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable field
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing software partnerships
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing partner strategies
  • Experience in building long-term partnerships
  • Knowledge in negotiation and project management
  • Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach
  • Focus on achieving business goals and KPIs
  • High IT affinity and technical understanding
  • Confident demeanor with a proactive, dynamic sales personality and assertiveness
  • Very good German and English skills (at least B2)
