BPM Event of GBTEC Scores New Visitor Record

Top-class speakers enthuse customers and interested visitors at the Process Days 2019

Bochum, July 19, 2019 – With exciting lectures concerning Business Process Management and a new visitor record, the Process Days of GBTEC ended in Munich on Thursday. More than 350 customers and other visitors with an interest in business process management took part in the event series in Cologne, Zurich, Frankfurt and Munich. During the Process Days, participants received an extensive insight into the future trends of agile BPM, the digital transformation as well as process automation.

The focus of the BPM event lay on the developments in business process management which GBTEC tries to accelerate and foster with its innovative BIC Cloud technology. Among others, the participants attended a lecture concerning process-based customer journey mapping with great interest. A practical insight into the in-depth process automation at one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers demonstrated the functionalities of BIC Cloud Monitor. During a live demonstration and with a roadmap for future developments, the attendees learned about the functional diversity of the BPM Suite BIC Cloud.

With Sven Schnägelberger, Managing Director of BPM&O, and Witali Glazyrin of Arvato, top-class external speakers were on the agenda this year. Thanks to their long-standing BPM expertise they were able to present best practices and the current development in BPM during their presentations. The lectures of all speakers provided new insights to the participants, which stimulated a lively exchange of personal experiences during lunch.
