Process Days 2020: Participants Experience the Advantages of Digital Transformation at First Hand

The virtual roadshow Process Days 2020 on September 15th impressed the expert audience with interesting and insightful talks about the BPM life cycle as center of digital transformation.

"We had a great event where we outlined the future of digital transformation and especially of digital processes in companies", says Gregor Greinke, founder and CEO of GBTEC Software AG. "One thing was clear to us from the outset when planning the Process Days as a digital event: We will only be able to convince our demanding customers and the interested audience with insightful presentations. Several hundred participants have remained loyal to us throughout the entire event. I would like to personally thank all the spectators and, of course, the speakers at Process Days 2020."

Due to the great interest, GBTEC offers the Process Days 2020 as an on demand recording on its website. For the English-speaking audience, the talk "The power of process minnig" by Marcello La Rosa, professor for information systems at the University of Melbourne and world-wide renowned expert for process mining, is available as part of the recording. La Rosa explains how process mining algorithms automatically transform real time data into new and optimized processes. If you are interested, please write an email at to get access to the talk.

The other presentations on that day, all held in German, also focus on the BPM life cycle as pivot of digital transformation. From the journey "Towards the next-generation intelligent BPM", a talk held by GBTEC founder Greinke, towards the process-based workflow automation in the presentation "How you automate your processes without programming knowledge thanks to zero code" to "How to GRC", where the connection between integrated GRC management and business processes was outlined.

"The positive feedback from the participants proves us right in continuing the Process Days as a virtual roadshow this year due to the special circumstances," says Greinke. One participant, for example, thanked for the subject-related focus of the event: "I think it's great that you keep your customers up to date and present new methods to them without turning it into a sales event." Another viewer emphasized the high-quality organization: "In general, the day was very well organized, interesting topics and interactive with the surveys, thank you very much!"
