Roadshow 2017 – GRC Exchange of experience in Vienna

In 2017, avedos (now GBTEC) expanded its long-term partnership with EY. In the scope of a roadshow, we toured through a total of 7 cities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in order to exchange ideas with top-class participants on the topic of “integrated GRC”. 

After a successful kick-off event in Dusseldorf on 17.03.2017, our second joint “GRC – Exchange of experience” took place in the Austrian capital.

The day started with a community style breakfast, which was followed by several interesting presentations. Along Samuel Brandstaetter’s presentation on “Unification of GRC – Vision or reality?” and a live demo of the risk2value (now BIC GRC Solutions) platform, Markus Hoelzl (CEO EY Austria) gave a speech about “Is your Governance, Risk and Compliance organization ready for future?”. Miss Tanja Ragitsch (Head of Qualitative Risk & Security Management at UNIQA) spoke about “GRC in practise – Burden or Chance?”.

During the ensuing get-together, the participants had enough time for exciting discussions and an informative exchange of experience.
