The aim of the training is to gain an in-depth understanding of process management. You will gain insight into the topics of process analysis, optimization and control. Using an end-to-end case study, you will document a process model based on existing information, analyze it for weaknesses, identify potential for optimization and define key performance indicators for measurement and control. This will enable you to put the methods you have learnt directly into practice.
