Your mission
As a (Junior) IT Security Specialist (m/f/d), you will support our Cloud Technology Team in further developing technical security concepts for our multi-award-winning BIC Platform. This will see you working in one of the most exciting areas and on the very latest topics in the IT sector. As a team player, you will be part of a motivated and rapidly growing team, taking responsibility for your own areas of expertise and driving them forward independently.
- Support in the development, implementation and coordination of technical IT security concepts in compliance with applicable information security policies and requirements
- Continuous development of the IT security infrastructure based on the latest technologies
- Support in the implementation of measures relevant to ISO 27001
- Identification of IT security risks and the management of security-related threats
- Drafting and implementing IT security policies
- Designing and carrying out vulnerability analyses and tests
- Developing preventive measures to protect the IT (cloud) infrastructure
Your profile
- A successfully completed degree in IT security, cyber security, (applied) computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in the field of IT security / security / cyber security would be an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of securing cloud architectures, as well as in the areas of networks (e.g. firewall management, monitoring), IT infrastructures and operating systems (Windows and Linux)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of relevant security standards and frameworks, ideally ISO 27001
- A reliable, structured approach to work and strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm for new challenges and a strong willingness to learn and develop
- Very good command of German and English
