Will the functionality of my solution change?

No. The introduction of the new product architecture primarily affects product names and positioning.

Do I need to make any changes to my existing contracts or licenses?

No. Existing contracts, licenses, and agreements will remain unchanged.

Will my support or contacts change?

No. Your existing contacts, as well as our support and service offerings, will remain unchanged.

Why do I still find older documents with different product names?

As part of the introduction of the GBTEC Platform, the product names have been updated. Older documents may therefore still contain the previous names.
