Your mission
As a GRC Solution Consultant (m/f/d), you support our customers throughout the implementation of our GRC software solutions - from requirements analysis and configuration to testing and a successful go-live. In this role, you combine functional consulting expertise with technical implementation. You understand our customers’ GRC processes, advise them on best practices, and translate their requirements into an appropriate configuration of our GRC solutions. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that our GRC solutions are successfully implemented and sustainably embedded within our customers’ organizations.
- Project Management: You take ownership of the successful delivery of small to medium-sized customer projects, managing timelines, quality, and communication throughout.
- Requirements Engineering: You analyze our customers’ requirements and advise them on best practices and how to make optimal use of our GRC solutions.
- Solution Design: You translate customer requirements into concrete solution concepts and define how they can be implemented within our software.
- Implementation: You configure our software based on the developed solution concepts and implement customer-specific adaptations using no-code and low-code approaches.
- Quality Assurance: You test the configured solution, support customers during user acceptance testing, and implement any necessary adjustments.
- Knowledge Transfer: You prepare customers for the productive use of the solution, conduct user onboarding and training sessions, and support them in continuously developing and improving their software-enabled GRC processes.
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree or professional qualification in (Business) Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- 2+ years of experience in consulting and delivering customer projects is desirable, ideally in the software or GRC environment
- Knowledge of relevant GRC standards and regulations is desirable (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Certification in risk management, information security, or data protection is an advantage
- Good understanding of software and technical concepts, combined with a strong affinity for IT
- Strong customer and solution orientation, with a professional and confident manner
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related purposes, primarily within the DACH region
- Hands-on mentality and a structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach to work
- Very good command of both German and English
