Your mission
You are passionate about complex software solutions and have hands-on experience with the challenges of Business Process Management and digital transformation? You combine strong BPM expertise with technical understanding and consulting skills and know how to engage different stakeholders with compelling solution concepts?
As a Senior Presales Consultant with a focus on Business Process Management (BPM), you work closely with our sales team to support B2B customers and prospects throughout the entire sales process. You analyse functional and technical requirements, develop tailored solution concepts, and demonstrate in demos and workshops how our software can address specific customer needs.
- You act as the technical and functional expert for our BPM solutions, advising prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
- You analyse customer requirements and translate them into compelling solution concepts and use cases.
- You design and deliver software demos, presentations, and workshops for a variety of stakeholders.
- You create tailored demo models, prototypes, and proof of concepts and provide expertise on functional and technical questions.
- You play a key role in tenders and RFPs, working closely with Sales and other internal stakeholders.
- You contribute your BPM expertise as well as customer feedback and market requirements to our Product Management team.
- You represent our company and our solutions at conferences, trade fairs, and industry events.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in technical sales, Presales, Consulting, or advising on and implementing business software.
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and hands-on experience with BPM software or process management platforms.
- Excellent presentation skills in German and English, particularly when delivering software demos.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, business departments, IT, process owners, and data protection officers.
- An independent, structured way of working and the ability to succeed in a dynamic environment.
- Motivation to achieve ambitious goals and contribute to a successful team.
- Confident and responsible use of modern AI tools, ideally combined with hands-on experience in implementing AI use cases, automations, or prototypes.
