Your mission
As an Account Executive (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the entire sales process for our BIC Platform with established SME and corporate clients. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales and manage both existing and new clients in the B2B sector. - Comprehensive support for existing customers and the acquisition of new customers (inbound and outbound)
- Presenting our BIC Platform modules to prospective and existing customers (online or on-site)
- Providing consultancy and employing value-based sales techniques in discussions with business and IT decision-makers
- Preparing forecasts, market and competitive analyses to drive targeted sales growth
- Collaboration with Sales Operations and Consulting teams to generate qualified leads, win new business and markets, and successfully expand existing business relationships
- Acting as a source of ideas for inbound and outbound marketing, including targeted campaigns for new customer acquisition
- Close coordination with management, founders and the Sales & Marketing team
Your profile
- A successfully completed degree in Sales Management, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years’ professional experience in B2B / SaaS sales
- Experience in the software and IT sector / SaaS
- Knowledge of Business Process Management would be an advantage
- Strong customer focus
- High level of IT literacy and technical understanding
- A confident manner and a proactive, dynamic sales personality with assertiveness
- Willingness to travel
- Ideally, experience with Salesforce
- Very good command of German and English
