Your mission
As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the active further development of our market-leading EAM solution. Through direct contact with Sales, Marketing, and, last but not least, our customers, you will analyze market trends, requirements, and innovations and find innovative solutions for our products. In this role, you will actively help shape areas such as AI monetization, packaging, and pricing, and continuously develop both professionally and personally.
• You analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments, and use these insights to drive the further development of our products
• You are responsible for the strategic development of our EAM solution and the associated product roadmap, ensuring the continuous improvement of our products
• You manage the release process for new features and ensure their successful implementation
• As a product expert, you will position our EAM solution to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, and represent GBTEC at external events
• You will work closely with our agile development teams, the UX design team, and management to collaboratively develop innovative and customer-centric solutions
Your profile
• A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Strong technical understanding and a keen interest in digital technologies and software products
• Enthusiasm for Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), integrated AI agents, and innovative technology trends
• Initial experience in an agile product or project environment; knowledge of multi-team Scrum is a plus
• Professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Enterprise Architecture (EA), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), or Enterprise Service Management (ESM)
• Understanding of user-centered product development and the design of intuitive user experiences
• Analytical mindset, strong team orientation, and a hands-on approach with a high degree of initiative
• Very good command of German and English
