Your mission
As a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our product and AI agent platform. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and our customers, you will analyze market trends, customer requirements, and technological innovations, and use these insights to develop forward-looking product strategies and solutions. In doing so, you’ll actively help shape areas such as AI monetization, product bundling, and pricing, while continuously developing both your professional expertise and personal growth. A key focus of your role is building and continuously enhancing a high-performance product platform that is used by all our solutions. In this way, you’ll lay the foundation for scalable innovations and empower our teams to design high-quality solutions that are even more efficient, faster, and more customer-focused.
- You will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our product and AI agent platform
- You will analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments, and use these insights to drive innovative product initiatives
- You will define platform and product standards to ensure scalability, reusability, and a consistent user experience across all solutions
- You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Development to translate market requirements into successful product solutions
- You’ll identify opportunities for new features, products, and AI-powered use cases and guide them from concept to market launch
- You’ll be responsible for creating business cases, market analyses, and decision-making documents for strategic product developments
Your profile
- A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable qualification
- Strong technical understanding and practical experience in software development are desirable
- Passion for software, AI agents, and low-code/no-code platforms
- Experience in an agile project environment with a focus on multi-team Scrum is desirable
- Several years of professional experience in one of the following industries: BPM, EAM, or ESM
- Extensive expertise in user-centered design
- Analytical mindset, strong team orientation, and a hands-on approach with a high degree of initiative
- Very good command of German and English
