GBTEC organizes the BPM event, Process Days 2022, on January 24

Under the slogan "The Next BIC Thing for your Digitalization", GBTEC organizes for the first time its Process Days as a digital event in Spanish. We will count with the participation of two heavyweights in the BPM area, Pedro Robledo and Marlon Dumas.

The GBTEC Group, based in Bochum, invites its customers and all those interested in BPM and Digital Transformation to its Process Days on January 24, 2022. Due to the current pandemic situation, GBTEC has decided to hold the Process Days as an online-only event. After the big success of the Process Days 2021 in German and English, it will be the first time in Spanish. In addition to lectures and a panel discussion, the event offers much more, such as use cases of the application of BPM solutions in both public and private companies. Presentation by Pedro Robledo: "Methodologies for success in Process Management".

This year's leitmotif, "The next BIC thing for your digitalization", sets the framework for the event: in each presentation, speakers will show how companies can anchor business process management as the core of digitalization and use its functions to create a digitally oriented organization. A highlight of the conference will be Pedro Robledo, one of the best-known experts in digitization and BPM in the Spanish-speaking world. Pedro will talk about how to use BPM and process management as a basis for digitization.

Antonio Sanchez and Brais Calviño will show, during their presentation, how to apply in a practical way the methodologies previously presented by Pedro, by means of a holistic BPM software. Next, and to close the life cycle of processes, Marlon Dumas will demonstrate us how to optimize the processes previously modeled and automated with one of the leading technologies of 2022, Process Mining. In addition to Marlon's practical examples in private companies, AOC and iterem will guide us through their experience in the use of Process Mining in public administration and the benefits it generates. Last but not least, there will be a round table discussion with the presence of various experts in the area of digital transformation, to whom attendees will have the opportunity to ask their questions and resolve their doubts.
