Bochum, 8 June 2026 – GBTEC, a leading SaaS provider for AI-driven business transformation, is setting the course for its next phase of growth with the appointment of Oliver Bendig as its new CEO. Since 1 June, he has been leading the company and accelerating the digital transformation of its customers. Founder and former CEO Gregor Greinke is stepping back from operational management and joining the company’s supervisory board.
Experienced CEO with a visionary global perspective
Oliver Bendig brings extensive expertise in B2B enterprise SaaS scale-ups, international expansion, agile transformation, strategy development and building global leadership and technology teams. With this background, he will play a key role in advancing GBTEC’s strategic and international direction.
Throughout his career, he has led global SaaS teams in product development, sales, marketing and customer success across all phases of strategy, design and execution. Most recently, he served as CEO of stp.one, where he scaled the company from a German specialist provider to a leading European AI-based legal tech SaaS company withing four years. Prior to that, he was CEO of Matrix42, where he and his team developed the company into the European market leader in its segment. In addition, throughout his 25-year career, Oliver Bendig has supported and advised several European and U.S. software companies as a board member and chairman during their scaling phases. This experience will significantly shape GBTEC’s future direction and growth.
