  • Greinke, GBTEC CEO: “With our no-code and low-code software, we democratize the automation of processes that lie at the heart of each company.”

GBTEC Software is recognized in 2021 Gartner Market Guide for Business Process Automation Tools [1]. The report lists GBTEC as one of 38 Representative Vendors. According to Gartner, “process automation has always been a key pillar of digital transformation initiatives. However, the increasing need for digital solutions and rapid changes in operating environments (due to events such as the COVID-19 pandemic, Brexit and competition from new, well-funded startups) have brought a renewed urgency to digitalization.”

With its digital transformation suite BIC Platform, GBTEC has timely focused on processes as key drivers for digitalization in companies. As of now, Gartner recognized GBTEC in two Market Guides (Business Process Automation [1] and Enterprise Business Process Analysis [2]) and its third-party process mining tool Apromore is named in 2021 Gartner Market Guide for Process Mining [3].

With its three BPM modules, GBTEC offers a holistic suite covering all steps of customer’s process optimization journey. From process design to process automation and process mining, customers streamline their operational workflows from start to finish within one software suite.

BIC Process Execution: BIC Platform’s solution for no-code and low-code process automation

Gartner says that “automation efforts within enterprises are increasingly becoming more business-led rather than IT-led. As a result, enterprises have become more interested in investing in technologies that enable business users to: intuitively map/model business processes, identify automation opportunities and rapidly deploy business-unit-specific automated workflows.”

BIC Process Execution holds features for no-code, low-code and professional development of process automation and workflow execution. With its predefined yet customizable ProcessApps, organizations can digitize, standardize, and partially or wholly automate repetitive processes. The tool is directly connected to the process modeling in BIC Process Design and automatically translates process models into executable, step-by-step workflows.

Greinke: “Organizations can automate all business processes in BIC Process Execution”

The tool can be integrated into third-party systems such as E-Mail-Applications, CRM software or ERP suites. This allows users to orchestrate and execute simple workflows as well as complex end-to-end business processes across the whole IT-landscape of an organization, saving time and reducing costs as well as error rates.

“Within a very short time, we have developed a competitive solution based on no code and low code that empowers anyone, from IT to business units, to easily automate processes. And now, Gartner names us a Representative Vendor in the BPA market. It fills me with pride that we can offer our customers a state-of-the-art solution to democratize the automation of processes that lie at the heart of each company”, says Gregor Greinke, founder and CEO of GBTEC.
