In this consulting partnership with GBTEC, PMI will provide customer support and joint marketing activities in Japan for BIC Process Design and BIC Process Execution, the process modeling and workflow management tools of BIC Platform. The main target of the cooperation is to raise awareness, understanding, interest and application of BPM discipline using the latest IT technology in Japan. PMI has already held a first successful BIC Platform product training at a globally leading corporation with headquarters in Japan.

Interest in process mining is growing around the world, with Japan being no exception. Starting in 2019, more and more Japanese companies are working to introduce and utilize process mining.
