(Junior) Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Your mission

As a (Junior) Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you will be part of our sales team and play a key role in supporting our customers and prospective clients. Working closely with our specialist departments, you will help optimise the sales process and support national and international companies across a wide range of industries on their digital transformation journey.

  • Assisting with tender documentation and preparing bespoke quotations, working in collaboration with account executives and specialist departments such as Consulting and Technical Services
  • Making initial telephone contact and pre-qualifying leads
  • Organising and managing our clients’ renewals, as well as coordinating client documentation
  • Documenting and ensuring the complete and accurate recording of relevant client information, as well as generating reports in our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Optimising and actively supporting the entire sales process, from lead generation to order management
  • Interface management and close collaboration with the sales team on price quotations, preparing quotations, drafting contracts and customer support
  • Coordination with our international branches and support throughout the entire sales process

Your profile

  • You have some experience in sales operations, internal sales, inside sales, account management or a similar role
  • A degree in sales, business administration or a related field, or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Enthusiasm for IT topics and digital solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ideally, experience with Salesforce
  • Customer focus, strong communication skills and a confident manner
  • A structured, goal-oriented approach to work and strong negotiation skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English (minimum B2 level)
