EnglishBochum, Germany, June 12, 2025 – Over the course of three sessions held in May and June, the GBTEC Group livestreamed its virtual Process Days to professionals in the DACH region, EMEA & US East, and APAC & US Pacific. Around 1,650 participants signed up to explore the latest trends in process excellence, automation, and AI-powered transformation—delivered in an interactive, accessible, and hands-on format.
Inspiring perspectives from industry and academia
At the heart of the program were impactful presentations from industry leaders and experts, thought-provoking keynotes, and exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into real-world transformation projects. Companies like MAN Energy Solutions, Arvato Systems, Dr. Wolff, and Siemens Energy shared their experiences, offering valuable lessons on how to successfully build modern process and IT landscapes. The agenda also featured expert sessions from GBTEC professionals and a standout keynote by Digital Transformation & Operational Excellence Consultant Michael Schank titled “Spotlight on Process: Creating Organizational Alignment for Effective Transformation.”
Driving value through tech and conversation
A highlight of this year’s event was the introduction of new AI-driven features in the BIC Platform. Demonstrations of these tools showcased the powerful role generative AI can play in automating, analyzing, and optimizing business processes and IT architectures.
