Your mission
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Teamlead Marketing Operations (m/w/d) to join our global Marketing leadership team. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role is critical in transforming marketing into a performance-driven, data-led, and technology-enabled growth engine. You will lead the development and optimization of marketing infrastructure, processes, reporting, and campaign execution to ensure operational excellence and scalable global demand generation.
- Define and drive the global Marketing Operations roadmap aligned with company GTM priorities.
- Lead the annual marketing planning processes in collaboration with Marketing leadership, Sales, and Finance—including goal setting and budgeting.
- Develop the operational backbone for Account-Based Marketing (ABM), inbound, and outbound motions.
- Partner with Marketing leadership, Sales Operations and Finance to align measurement frameworks, KPIs, forecasts, and growth plans.
- Implement lead scoring models, routing rules, SLAs, and Marketing & Sales alignment processes.
- Own and evolve the Marketing tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, 6sense, BI tools, etc.), identify and implement automation, personalization, and data enrichment tools.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure Marketing impact, ROI, and funnel health.
- Define and track key marketing KPIs across regions and provide actionable insights to Marketing and Sales leadership.
- Collaborate with the CMO and Finance to manage the global Marketing budget.
- Oversee budget tracking, cost control, and ROI analysis by channel and campaign.
- Own compliance, audit, and management system requirements across Marketing.
- Lead and expand a high-performing Marketing Ops team of 4 direct reports.
- Foster a culture of data-driven experimentation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Your profile
- 5–8 years in B2B SaaS Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Demand Gen roles.
- Strong command of Salesforce, marketing automation, ABM/intent platforms (6sense), and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Proven experience building and optimizing full-funnel processes and reporting infrastructure.
- Experience developing and executing an AI roadmap for marketing operations, including evaluation and integration of AI tools to enhance efficiency, insights, and performance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to tell stories and provide actionable insights from data.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator; experience working with Sales, Finance, and Product.
- Leadership experience with direct reports and international teams.
- Fluent in English; German also required.
