Your mission
As a (Junior) Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on sales, you will be the interface between our customers, the sales team and our service department. You will support customers after onboarding, identify their individual needs and develop suitable solutions with a clear focus on growth, satisfaction and long-term partnerships. - Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Identifying cross-selling and upselling potential within existing accounts
- Working closely with the sales team to develop growth strategies
- Analysing customer needs and providing proactive advice on our products and services
- Supporting contract renewals and preventing churn and downsells
- Contributing to the further development and optimisation of our customer success processes
Your profile
- Strong interest in customer success, account management and sales
- Initial experience in business transformation (BPM, EAM, workflows, GRC, etc.) desirable
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
- Strong intuition for customer needs and business and customer development potential
- Structured, independent working style and team spirit
- Confident use of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
