Your mission
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Campaign Manager for the DACH region to drive both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. This role is ideal for a B2B marketer with deep experience in the German-speaking market and a proven track record running account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that fuel pipeline and revenue.
You’ll be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel campaigns tailored to the DACH region, with a particular focus on cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Close collaboration with our DACH Sales teamis essential, as you’ll align on priorities, targets, and messaging to engage the right accounts at the right time.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive new business, upsell, and cross-sell in the DACH region
- Develop and manage account-based marketing (ABM) programs in close alignment with DACH Sales to engage key accounts across funnel stages
- Create localized campaign strategies and messaging that resonate with DACH personas, industries, and buying behaviors
- Own the end-to-end campaign process: briefing, asset coordination, timeline management, execution, and reporting
- Use tools like 6sense, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms for targeting, orchestration, and performance analysis
- Work with content, paid media, events, and digital teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and supported across channels
- Measure campaign success against KPIs such as engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
- Act as a regional marketing partner to Sales, providing insights and materials to support account engagement and acceleration
Your profile
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, including campaign and ABM program management
- Solid understanding of the DACH B2B market and experience tailoring messaging and tactics
- Proven ability to run demand generation campaigns for both new logo acquisition and account expansion (cross-sell/upsell)
- Experience working closely with Sales to align marketing activities with pipeline goals
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and native or fluent German
- Familiarity with tools such as 6sense, Salesforce, HubSpot, and project management platforms like Asana or Monday.com
- Experience in the SaaS, business process management, or enterprise software space
- Background in localizing global campaign strategies for the DACH market
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and persona-specific engagement tactics
