Your mission
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented International Campaign Manager (m/f/d) to lead the development and execution of global, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand. In this role, you will be part of the Growth Marketing team and you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end campaign management - from ideation and asset coordination to cross-channel execution and performance analysis. You'll work closely with a team of experts across SEO/SEA, Paid and Organic Social, Content, Website, Events, and Media to ensure campaign consistency and impact across key international markets (UK, North America, and beyond).
- Strategically plan, execute, and continuously optimize integrated campaigns that drive demand and growth in international markets outside of the DACH region
- Own the full campaign lifecycle: define campaign goals, manage timelines, align internal teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with channel owners (SEA, Paid Social, Organic, Content, Website, Events, Media, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment and campaign integration
- Develop detailed campaign briefs, align on KPIs, and drive stakeholder reporting and performance reviews
- Coordinate with content and creative teams to ensure all assets are briefed, produced, and delivered ahead of campaign launches
- Break down operational silos by fostering collaboration between channels and improving campaign workflows
- Leverage ABM tools such as 6sense, Salesforce, and other marketing automation platforms for precise targeting and orchestration
- Stay informed about evolving B2B buying behaviors and digital channel trends to refine campaign strategies
Your profile
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years managing multi-channel campaign projects
- Demonstrated success executing demand generation and ABM-driven campaigns across international regions
- Strong project management skills: highly organized, deadline-driven, and solutions-oriented
- Solid understanding of the B2B software buying journey and the ability to tailor messaging by persona and funnel stage
- A collaborative mindset and proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders, especially Sales leaders and teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German language skills are a plus
- Experience with campaign reporting, data analysis, and marketing attribution
- Familiarity with content marketing and creative development processes
- Experience with tools like 6sense, HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, or other project/marketing automation platforms
