Your mission
As a System Engineer - IT Infrastructure & Microsoft 365, you will design and support our cloud-based IT infrastructure based on M365 / Azure solutions. You will build the basis for modern workplaces based on cloud solutions that enable our employees to work efficiently, smoothly and securely for our business success. You translate new and growing requirements of our business into modern IT architecture and pragmatic IT processes. As a team player, you are part of a motivated and growing team and are ready to take on tasks independently and drive them forward.
- You will continuously work on expanding, improving and efficiently operating our IT infrastructure in Bochum and its cloud services.
- With your ideas and projects, you will contribute to optimising IT support for our local and global teams.
- Cost, demand and supplier management of external service providers for managed services (desktops, networks, services)
- Administration and monitoring of M365 and Azure cloud services
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship or degree and experience as an IT system engineer (m/f/d) with cloud infrastructure
- Profound knowledge in the administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure Services
- Motivation for clear, simple and standardised solutions
- Good knowledge in the areas of network technology, firewalls, VPN, security technologies
- Experience of system and network administration
- High awareness of cyber security
- Proactive problem solving, foresighted vision beyond the horizon, high service orientation and quality awareness
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
