All outsourcing services are realized for you by our BPM experts remotely in the GBTEC offices. In particular, we focus on services in and around your BIC system. On the basis of standardized and, if necessary, individualized packages, we agree on a service catalog of BPM tasks to be taken over from you. Depending on the challenges you are facing, these tasks can be done once and, for example, involve large project tasks suchs as migrations, or they can be offererd recurrently. In the latter case, we temporarily take over sub-tasks of your process management - of course, in accordance with a clearly outlined service catalog as well as predefined reaction and processing times.
